SUCCESSFUL REENTRYS

We target the specific needs of the returning citizen at each stage of our re-entry development cycle.   From crisis and stabilization to long term self-sufficiency and independence.

Hands Reaching Out

Phase 1, Getting Started

We will help you deal with your most urgent needs after release, such as immediate access to housing, food and clothing, identification, transportation, phone, community resources, and handling any legal requirements, or medical matters.  Importantly, you will have an address and a place to call home

Phase 2, Transition and Employment

In Phase 2, most new residents are employed and have begun reintegrating into the community (ie, shopping, going to appointments, and other activities).  The new resident will be assigned a mentoring and accountability group to provide development support.

Phase 3, Transformation and Success

Transformational change requires consistency with the skills, mindset, and behavior necessary for successful reintegration.  At this stage your life is beginning to show true signs of success.  You may begin to consider your options such as whether or not to begin to transition to more permanent housing outside of the program! There is no deadline for leaving the program.

Prison Aftercare for Men and Women

Our focus is prisoner reentry offering a hand up, not a handout. We provide a structured holistic program that includes counseling, group meetings, housing (most with utilities), connections to employment, life skills, transportation, meals, clothing, hygiene products, and most importantly, clean and sober environment. Our goal is to reduce recidivism and make our community safer and better place to live for everyone by helping our clients to successfully adjust and reintegrate into society.

The Purpose of Our Small Groups

Small groups are designed to help each of us grow in faith and life by providing what larger gatherings often cannot.

  • Connection – In a large group, it’s easy to feel unseen or overlooked. In a small group, people know your name, your story, and your journey. You are known, valued, and cared for.

  • Accountability – Growth happens best in an environment of encouragement and challenge. Small groups create a safe space to be real, honest, and supported as we mature in Christ and in life.

  • Success – Walking alone is difficult; walking together builds strength. Through shared wisdom, prayer, and encouragement, small groups help us overcome struggles and stay on course toward success.

  • Community – Small groups foster belonging. They remind us that we are not isolated individuals but part of God’s family—walking side by side in faith and love.

In short: small groups give us people to connect with, encouragement to grow, and a community to belong to—so that, together, we can live out our faith more fully and fruitfully.
