Welcome to Hand Up Ministries Prison Aftercare Program A Unique Program for Men Coming Out of Incarceration Desiring True Change and a Second Chance.
Our Process
We understand that reintegration after incarceration can be a difficult process. We are here to help those ready for change. Dealing with the physical, financial, and the mental aspects of coming out of prison can seem impossible. Thousands have overcome these are hurdles through our prison aftercare - “trust the process” and you too will achieve success!
How it Works
STEPS TO ENTERING THE PROGRAM
Download and fill out the application completely with your "Release Date".
Incomplete applications with missing information will not be accepted. HUM 1 Campus serves Men Only.
The Admissions person at Hand Up Ministries may contact you for additional information.
Housing is subject to availability so once your application is approved you may be put on a waiting list.
