MINISTRY FOUNDATION & STABILITY
For his Glory is built upon a clearly defined charter, foundational documents, leadership structure, and accountability framework. The ministry operates fully under the authority and policies of Hand Up Ministries, ensuring continuity, oversight, and responsible governance.

Mission Statement
To lead individuals into the anointing through praise and worship with the sound of instruments and voices flowing like the oil of anointing, drawing them into the Holy of Holies for the true encounter with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Dear Worship Family,

Welcome, and thank you for being part of this anointed and growing movement. For His Glory isn’t just a team; it’s a calling. We are committed to honoring God through praise and worship, transforming lives one sound, one voice, one moment at a time.
​
While we’re still growing and finding our rhythm as a team, we’re already witnessing God's hand at work. With every practice and every gathering, we are becoming stronger in unity, deeper in spirit, and more refined in our sound.
​
This team also serves a deeper purpose. As part of our structure, For His Glory functions as a G1 group, a men’s small group designed for accountability, spiritual support, and life development. G1 groups are a cornerstone of the Hand Up journey, providing a safe, confidential space where men can speak openly, walk in brotherhood, and build strong foundations for lasting change.

This past year has marked an important season of progress. We transitioned from a tent to a permanent structure, which has given us shelter and stability to worship more freely. Even more exciting, there are long-term plans in place to build a new facility. This future space will include staff offices, a larger chapel for expanded worship and outreach, and a maintenance bay for operational support.
​
We’ve also made incredible strides in our technical setup, receiving new string instruments, electric drums, a digital piano, tech equipment, and more upgrades on the way. The ministry continues to invest, and individuals have selflessly poured in their own resources to help this team rise. That speaks volumes about the heart behind this mission.
​
Looking ahead, we will continue expanding our musical repertoire, incorporating powerful, modern worship from anointed artists and original songs that rise from within our own team and residents of Hand Up. Our focus is growth: musically, spiritually, and missionally. We will also begin to recruit new members to further fill out our sound and deepen our expression of worship.
​
Above all, this is a ministry of presence, where we welcome the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to dwell in every note, every word, and every moment we lead. Whether you're new or returning, know this: your place here matters. You are part of something bigger than the platform. You are helping build an altar of praise, for His glory alone.
