Hand Up Ministries, Inc.
Responsibilities: I oversee and give direction to three (4) locations for Hand Up Ministries, one (1) in Chandler, (1) in Holdenville, and two (2) in Oklahoma City. I have Park Managers in all four facilities and I primarily work with those managers.

I meet with each manager at least once per week to talk specifically about their facilities and am available by cell, email or text at any other time they may have an issue to discuss.
​
I provide training for them along the way as to how they may streamline or improve their management skills. I also report to David Nichols, CEO of Hand Up Ministries on my activities throughout the week.
I coordinate the OKARR (Oklahoma Alliance of Recovery Houses) standards of living at the 59th Street facility. I travel about twice per month to one of the prisons in Oklahoma in participation with DOC to present Hand Up Ministries in Resource Fairs.
These Resource Fairs are where we have the opportunity to meet with inmates expected to get released within the next year and acquaint them with Hand Up Ministries and what we have to offer them.

Responsibilities: I did custom trim work and remodeling work around Oklahoma City. I specialized in Kitchen and Bath remodel
Senior Pastor Licking Pentecostal Church in Licking, Missouri
2000 – 2002
Responsibilities: Speak three times a week to a congregation of 150. Did counseling with couples or individuals about three times a week. I served as guide and chairman to a Board of five (5) people in planning for growth and stabilization of the church.
Senior Pastor Christian Heritage Church in Yukon, Oklahoma
1991 – 2000
Responsibilities: Speak three times a week to a congregation of 200. Did counseling with couples or individuals about twice a week. I served as guide and chairman to a Board of seven (7) people in planning for growth and stabilization of the church. I was very active in the Ministerial Alliance there and helped to form a community action group of most of the churches in Yukon where we could better serve those in need within the community. We served areas like food pantries, transportation to medical appointments, clothing and sometimes utility assistance.
Christian Education Director Oklahoma Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Church
1994 – 2000
Responsibilities: I served for six (6) years as the Director for this department. I was, more or less, a resource person for 54 churches in central Oklahoma. I gave guidance, inspiration and resources to these churches in areas of Youth and Children’s ministries, senior adult ministries, Sunday school etc. I also put together and directed three (3) Youth Camps every summer for six (6) years. During that same six (6) years I put together and directed numerous weekend retreats, about three (3) per year for teens and senior adults. Average attendance was about 200 for the camps and retreats.
